DESCRIPTION:The focus of our forum on Monday 11th May is YANDINA: PAST\, PRESENT AND FUTURE. It will be held at Baptist Church Connections Hall\, 29 Low Street\, Yandina\, starting at 7.00pm. \nJoin us for an AV presentation by local historian\, Audienne Blyth\, and a discussion on Yandina’s past\, present and future. \nWe will observe how Yandina has changed and discuss what is currently known about current and future proposals in and around our town\, including long term plans. \nUpdates\n\nQM Properties is now marketing house and land packages at “Yandina Valley”\, Wappa Falls Road.\nPublic notification of Stockland’s Halcyon Yandina Retirement Village\, Stage 2 has just been announced. (See photo below.) This will add an additional 270 dwellings to the 250 already approved. The development application (MCU26/0323) is Impact Assessable because the land is zoned for low density residential. This DA does not comply. The property address is 96 Cooloolabin Road\, 14 Browns Creek Road and Brandon Road\, Yandina.You have until 27 May 2026 to Have Your Say.
