Forum Monday May 12 2025 at Connections, Low St, Yandina. 7pm.

Cr David Law will be in attendance and will speak about current and planned upgrades to infrastructure and amenities in our town and district.

We will also hear from the Creightons Road Working Group who have been meeting on a weekly basis.

Finally there will be discussion on current Development and Operational Works Applications in our area. Anita has summarised recent activity below and an overview Development Monitor May 2025 is available here complete with the application numbers in case you wish to read the detail on development.i.

• Service Station: approval for operational works with 48 conditions.
• Terella Brewery: summary of info requests and SARA referral.
• Stockland/Halcyon: negotiated decision report on 28.03.25 provides a good summary of the application.
• Gym (Stevens St): approved with six conditions.
• Yandina Hotel: request for info re slope stability.
