Membership Application & Renewal

At the AGM, YADCA annual $10 membership fees fall due. Please complete the YADCA Membership Application / Membership Renwal Form and return to secretary@yadca.org or print and bring to the AGM.

Payment can be made by Electronic Funds Transfer (preferred, details on form), or in cash at the AGM. Please feel free to distribute the form to anyone you know who wishes to become a member.

If you are intending to pay your membership fee in cash on the night, could you please arrive 15 minutes early, i.e. 6:45pm, so as not to delay the start of the AGM.

YADCA meets on the second Monday of the month unless it is a public holiday, in which case an alternative date will be advised. New members and visitors are welcome to attend.
