The closure of the Creightons Road intersection with Wappa Falls Road was a topic of discussion at the YADCA February Forum. A large number of residents affected by the closure attended the forum. Cr David Law and Member for Nicklin, Marty Hunt, were in attendance and committed to follow up on questions raised. I also wrote to the SCRC Mayor and CEO and received a response from the Mayor and Patricia Jensen | Manager Development Services Branch | Customer and Planning Services Group.

What’s next?

The responses raise more questions.
While we are being told that there is no avenue for change, residents are not giving up and are keen to discuss possible future action.
