Here are the 2025 AGM Agenda and the 2024 AGM draft minutes.
We hope to see as many of you as possible at the meeting in person.

Office Bearer Nomination
In preparation for YADCA’s AGM on 8th September, I have attached a nomination form for management committee and support positions. YADCA is dependent on volunteers to keep it functioning effectively. If you, or someone you know would be able to help in some way, please nominate them.
Thank you to those members who have indicated that they are willing to continue in their support roles for the coming year. We would like one or two more members to join the Management Committee to assist with research and / or note taking at meetings. If you think you can help in any small way please put your hand up by an email to the YADCA Secretary secretary@yadca.org or at the AGM.
Membership Renewal
It’s also time to renew your membership and a renewal form is attached. New members who joined this financial year will be considered a member for the 2025-2026 year.
The AGM will be followed by YADCA’s regular monthly forum, with Marty Hunt MP and Councillor David Law in attendance.
If you are intending to pay your membership renewal fee in cash on the night, please arrive 15 minutes early, i.e. 6:45pm, so as not to delay the start of the AGM.
