Consultation on the Draft Mount Ninderry Environmental Reserve Landscape Plan closes on Monday 15 July 2024. This is your chance to HAVE YOUR SAY. Either:

The latest Development.i report.  Not a lot has been happening:

1. 1. Aeromodelling club (Yandina Coolum Road) — notice of intention to commence public notification.
   2. Stockland Retirement facility — Letter of concern from the Yandina Bowls Club.
   3. Short term accommodation Ayrshire Road — road safety audit completed with recommendations to improve safety.
   4. Carwash — request to endorse updated/amended plans: changes to roof, fencing and retaining wall.
