A new development application for 22 houses in Yandina has been listed on the Sunshine Coast Council’s development information portal.
The proposed development, RAL20/0082, was listed on https://developmenti.sunshinecoast.qld.gov.au/ on 14 July.
Melthorn Property Developers http://www.melthorn.com.au/ is seeking to develop 22 allotments ranging in size from 700m2 to 976m2 on just over four hectares at 18 Colemans Road.
The site is located within the Low Density Residential Zone under the Sunshine Coast Planning Scheme 2014 and is affected by a variety of environmental overlays. It is a code assessable development which means there are no formal community rights to provide submissions or appeal decisions.
